Letter From The CEO

Greetings Readers!

I am pleased to be writing what will for all intents and purposes be our last CEO letter prior to the rollout of our new websites. We expect that we will launch the new site in May 2007 and hope that it meets the ever increasing needs of our clientele.

Additionally we have a slew of new announcements slated for the coming few months. As usual we have a host of new applications coming online which we feel will fit neatly into the government and military mix of current products.

To quell numerous inquiries regarding the future direction of the Copernio Holding Company, let me emphasize to our readership that yes, we have a very important announcement coming up shortly regarding areas related to mergers and acquisitions. We feel that some of the changes we currently are in the midst of finalizing will bring immense value to our stakeholders; and of equal importance, bring additional capabilities and methodologies online to benefit our customer base. We are extremely excited and will have the announcement delivered to coincide with our new websites.

We also intend to release information regarding our expansion plans in the U.K. We have long been planning to open a research facility in Oxford – primarily to leverage an extensive talent base in that area and interact more closely with those other groups that already are based there. Continue checking in on these developments as we should have more information shortly.

Finally, let me take a moment to thank our internal and external staff who worked so hard in the last few months. I would in particular like to note the efforts on the part of the marketing communications groups who have received a number of awards for their efforts – recognition that is richly deserved. Also let me take a moment to thank our IP personnel who have so thanklessly toiled to make our vision of this company a reality.
