FLEET MANAGEMENT

PART to PILOT™
Part-to-Pilot is a series of interlinked programs designed to give a holistic view of both flight operations and performance with additional supporting data relating to mission and pilot task completion. Designed to provide aircraft performance data, coupled with aircrew performance indices, Part-to-Pilot allows for top level review as well as task related reviews. Security concerns are localized with mission data being segregated out on a need to know basis and coupled with other Copernio security products, offers a comprehensive view of overall flight wing performance, criticality rating performance and mission effectiveness.

DIAGNOSTICS & PROCUREMENT
Copernio's diagnostics and procurement packages are designed to link individual aircraft diagnostics, statistical performance, repair and overhaul, and inventory control packages into one seamless set of tools. Diagnostics data is collected during flight and mission debrief allowing for a comprehensive view of aircraft performance. When linked with troubleshooting and repair methodologies, this package delivers statistical breakouts and practical "fix-it" options, thereby ensuring shop floor compliance and adherence to mandated repair protocol. Additionally, when added to Copernio's total inventory control systems, performance, diagnostics, repair and replacement of assemblies and sub-assemblies, operators gain enormous visibility over the entire process. Shop floor activities are tied in both directions to aircraft performance, as well as procurement. The program also allows for individual technician monitoring and assures compliance with prevailing operator practice.

PMA MANAGEMENT
This toolset allows organizations to manage PMAs both in the context of shifting organizational environments (e.g. through the use of grouping features that allow for smaller manufacturers to be accounted for during acquisitions/spin-offs) and the contact management of existing PMA manufacturers. Parts can be searched from a variety of perspectives, including original part numbers, PMA numbers, manufacturer or equipment/aircraft used on.
